We want you! Now is the time for all good Fools to come to the aid of the [street] party. There are lots of ways to participate. Check ’em out.
FoolMoon luminaries: We encourage everyone to make their own “luminary sculpture” and add its glow to the FoolMoon festivities. It only takes a couple of hours — so, really, you have no excuse! Learn how to make a luminary.
At the FestiFools studio: We have opportunities for individuals and groups to come to our studio and help fabricate the actual FestiFools puppets that will march around downtown Ann Arbor on the day of the event. Learn more about making papier-mâché puppets.
Create your own FestiFools puppet: Wanna build a piece in your own studio/garage and bring it to the April 7 event? We’re cool with that! But please hip yourself to the puppet specs.
We need money!
Donate: We’ve always relied on the kindness of Fools like you. Our donation page tells you everything you need to know to open your wallet.
View our current supporters: FestiFools’ current supporters (individuals, schools, businesses, non-profits, rhythm ensembles, etc.) lend much needed support (monetary, in-kind, and moral). We appreciate them greatly, and you should too.
We want your body
Volunteer at the FestiFools studio: Want to unleash your inner Dr. Frankenstein? No artistic skill is necessary, just a willingness to work hard, get messy, and have a good time. Email us at WonderFoolProductions@gmail.com for more information.
Volunteer at the event: We need lots of volunteers for puppet wrangling, crowd control, merry-making, and packing it all in at the end of the festivities. Learn how to volunteer.
Come to the event: It’ll be awesome. Your energy will help make it even awesome-er! Learn when, where, and why to attend the FestiFools event.
